The following is the company policy for working with the agency and failure to adhere to may result in termination of your representation with us. Some of these terms remain in force even when you leave the agency.
- We act as your agent for getting you escort work. We are not your employer, and any agreement for payment of your time/service is between you and the client. Our role is to source clients as well as collect and manage payments on your behalf.
- You agree that the agency retains an agreed percentage commission on all work you do with a client that the agency introduces to you of any monies paid.
OUR CLIENTS:
- We spend a lot of money on marketing to attract clients to the agency. These clients are our clients and remain our clients at all times. This includes even if a client persists in requests you to have contact with them directly.
Accordingly, you must NOT:
- Exchange personal contact details with clients or other girls you meet in the agency.
- Have any contact with clients without the express permission of the agency.
- Charge clients for extras without the knowledge or permission of the agency.
- Disclose the names of clients, other staff, management or the address of the office to anyone outside of the agency.
- Work either privately or for another agency while with the agency.
- Have any contact with our clients after leaving the agency.
We will take action to protect our property and recover any losses as a result of breaches of these terms.
SHIFTS:
- We plan rosters to maximise jobs for girls and to ensure we have enough girls available each night. This means that if you cancel on the night it usually leaves us short of girls and we miss out on jobs.
- Accordingly, once you have given your roster, at least 24 hours notice is required to cancel a shift. Should you cancel regularly we may decide to not accept rosters from you and only have you as a back-up.
- If you are rostered on to be waiting from home during agreed times and fail to answer your phone when we have a booking you we may decide that you can only work from our office in future. Accordingly, please only agree to be on-call from home if you are intending to be available. If there is a chance you may fall asleep please keep your phone near you and ringer turned up. We lose money and clients when we take a booking for you then have to call the customer back to advise you are not contactable.
CREDIT CARDS / TRANSFERS:
- Please ensure you are clear on filling out credit cards slips and following instructions given from the agency when dealing with credit card payments. You may be charged back or not paid for a job if the payment fails as a result of not completing credit card transaction correctly.
